Smart Hosting Service (SHS) offers keyless access to your short-rental properties, simplifying the check-in process for both you and your guests.
What are the features of SHS?
Section titled “What are the features of SHS?”Nuki offers integrations with Airbnb, Eviivo, Guesty, Smily and Smoobu, all of which require no development effort on your behalf.
Numerous partners, such as Property Management Systems and Channel Managers, have also developed integrations with Nuki. Be sure to check with your solution provider if they already have an integration with Nuki.
The Nuki REST API in combination with SHS gives you the opportunity to integrate your own solution for short-rental. Create authorisations and send keyless access invitations to your guests for the duration of their visit.
Who requires an SHS subscription?
Section titled “Who requires an SHS subscription?”SHS is required for all use cases where a property or room is rented to a guest.
The hosts have additional benefits through SHS, including access to priority support and immediate device replacement. You can find out more on our website.
Which devices require an SHS subscription?
Section titled “Which devices require an SHS subscription?”Each smart lock that you wish to use will require its own SHS subscription.
Openers do not require SHS, as these are used in combination with a smart lock to provide access to the same property or room.
