Rate Limits
API Limits
Section titled “API Limits”To ensure that our API and services remain accessible to all, we have imposed certain limits to help system stability, as well as deter malicious interactions.
Once a limit has been reached, your requests will receive a 429 HTTP status code and further requests will be rejected until the limit expires.
| Time Frame | Limit (Number of requests) |
|---|---|
| second | 4 |
| minute | 100 |
| hour | 1000 |
Webhook Limits
Section titled “Webhook Limits”Your webhook server must return a 200, 202 or 204 response to the webhooks we send. We consider a webhook to have failed if one of the aforementioned status codes is not received.
If the failure rate exceeds 5% in a 24 hour period, a warning e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account.
If the failure rate continues to exceed 5% for several days, we reserve the right to disable the webhook functionality in your account.
